Decay widths of nuclear proton emission from neutron-deficient odd-Z nuclei,
51=<Z=<71, are computed by the quasistationary model, using Droplet Model 
potentials and spectroscopic data from shell model considerations. Including
the ss half-lives, calculated from the Gross theory of nuclear ss emission,  
reasonable agreement with the experimentally determined half-lives of 147-Tm
and 151-Lu is achieved. Predictions of possible new candidates for nuclear
proton emission are given.
